In-person registration fees (net prices) include: presentation and publication of up to 2 papers, book of abstracts, coffee-breaks, lunches, Regional Dinner and Gala Dinner
Participants may present more than two papers. In this case a fee of 100€ per additional paper will be charged

A sightseeing tour of one of Madeira’s landmarks is included.
All coffee breaks and lunches, as well as the Welcome Reception of 3 September and the conference dinner of 4 September, are included.
Each participant may submit and present up to two papers per registration.
*Students are required to provide a proof to support their application for student rate to secretariat@wastes2025.org.
** An Accompanying person can participate in the social events of 3 and 4 September and in the lunches of 3-5 September. This option doesn’t provide access to the conference.
